Q. How long does it take for delivery?
A. If an order is placed before 12pm it is dispatched on the same day and would be delivered to you within 1-2days. There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales.
Q. How can I track my delivery?
A. Once your item has been dispatched a e-mail confirmation would be sent to you with a tacking number. Please use http://www.apc-overnight.com to track your parcel.
Q. Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?
A. We currently only delivery goods within the UK.
Q. What if I’m not in when you deliver?
A. Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday. If you or the intended recipient is not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
Q. Can I pick up the goods?
A. Unfortunately we do not offer a pick-up service. All goods are delivered to you direct using a courier service.

A. We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including Visa, MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Solo.
